Cats can be neutered at about 4/5 months old. Someone may have been feeding him, and is keeping him. Put some tuna in his dish, and keep calling him; night or early morning is best. Shake some tgreats too. Use something with his scent on such as his blanket/bedding, and place in a clean container, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the ga den ina sheltered spot. Wipe his scent on all your garden fences (Inside, and out), and gates too. (Cats have a very strong sense of smell soon after they are born) Try this too; open a TIN of cat food with door open, as the sound of the opener, and smell of food may help bring him home. Presume all outbuildings searched?
Put "Lost" posters through doors, and ask around. And ask people to share. Paws xd. for a happy result
