Hi, just to let everyone know, I have just spoken to the Dog Warden and the dog is re-united with the owners. Collected from the Police Station and the fine was paid - happy ending! :-)

Have also left comment on Lost ID 97633 just in case, although the dog would have had to travel a long way in a short space of time if it is a match.

Update: Just read on Carla Edmonds post to ‎Forest of Dean Dogs Lost and Found on Facebook that 97633 is found and home.Last edited: 2016-01-23 00:41:41 by GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland

Have messaged the owner of a Vizsla in Newquay asking if they might know who this dog belongs to.

Will amend description, although for anyone who is searching/owner, they need to quote the reference rather than description, as at this stage it was logged as a Weimaraner

Just what I was about to add. Think this is a vizsla. Will share to vizsla sites. X

Weimaraners are known as 'ghost dogs' usually grey or even gunmetal, occasionally at a stretch 'blue'...but unlikely to be rusty brown. Could this be a vizsla?
