There are no posters on the Westwood a very popular area for dog walkers & directly between where she went missing & her old home. There's a couple of areas where many dog walkers park up & postering there would at least make people aware

Could be that Meg has been picked up by someone as no sightings. Please get local media involved, ie local paper and radio. Dogs are found this way.

Has the owner considered changing his Facebook wall settings to Public so that people can comment? When I lost my very nervous greyhound she was found injured hiding in bushes close to home. He should try searching at night using a torch. Its a possibility she has been hurt due to the fact there are no sightings

If there have not been any sightings, then it is a possibility that someone may have found her and not reported her. Get local paper involved and/or local radio to make people aware that she is missing and not a stray. Check a site called petslocated on a daily basis as they have dogs found on there.

With her being so nervous she will probably be keeping to the fields to not be near people. Could be going across country trying to find her way back to her old home. Need to be searching at night with good torch.

Owners have informed all vets and are calling wardens daily ( Meg is missing on the boarder of two different wardens) posters are up . I have a friend who works on the railways who actually walked the line last night for the owner to look there was no signs of Meg. Owner did 40 miles by pushbike looking . There has still not been a single sighting of Meg so far .

Owner... You must poster everywhere and anywhere. Phone dog warden on a daily basis, phone rescue centres, animal shelters. Register Meg missing with Vets.mif you say on Facebook, that you are near a rio way line, you must phone the rail company to see if any dogs have been found. You must get Meg as much publicity as is possible. If a week goes by and there is now news, then you must get local radio Nd newspaper involved. You must also check this site regularly as not everyone does Facebook and if there are any sightings posted on here, you will need to know.

Can you extend the notification area I live 15 mins away and often drive through that area and not received any notifications also she use to live in cherry burton and owners think the dog may head that way.
