Both dogs have now found their way home safely. Absolutely thrilled that they're both ok and huge thanks to missalice, Lisa W and Lisa P, DogLost volunteers in Oxfordshire, and everyone else that has shared and searched for Tilly and Maisie. Welcome home girls xxx

Been in touch with Trisha Shaw. Just spoken to owner, she is not on Facebook..... so I have posted on DL Oxon, dL Warks, Lost and Found Pets Banbury, We Found Charlie the Springer Spaniel, Alfies Lost Dogs, my own timeline, Lost Paws. Have emailed poster to Warwickshire Hunt and Westbar Vets. Have posted on Hawthorn Lodge FB page. Owner has contacted Stratford and Cherwell Dog Wardens, Birmingham Dogs Home, Hook Norton vets and Shipston Vets. I will print posters and get some out locally tomorrow. Dogs are NOT MICROCHIPPED, but are wearing leather collars with id tags. Maisie is 3yrs old entire female. Tilly is 6 yrs old neutered female. Both white and tan. I am only 10 minutes away so will keep in touch with owner.

Keep your safe during this years celebrations and fireworks, take your dogs for a walk well before parties and fireworks begin.

Draw curtains and play music to mask sound of fireworks.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.

Invest in some Adaptil or a thundershirt if your pet gets stressed easily.

Be aware fireworks are not only let off when it's dark...
