I thought this would have been updated by now - my apologies for not getting in touch sooner. Teddy's body was recovered from the river not far from where he went missing. Sadly it seems he must have fallen into the river and drowned. We miss him very much but are grateful at least that we get the chance to lay him to rest and know what happened.

Can someone please help Jade obtain a CRN .....even theft by finding is a crime if Teddy was originally missing....however being in a park he could easily have been stolen by an opportunist or planner thief. Police will then have the power to review any relevant CCTV ...I will drop a line to CJ as this is a high value 'property' potential theft in law and Kent police are normally excellent in supporting this type of incident xx

We are going back to the police today to obtain a crime reference number and hopefully some help in looking at the CCTV in the area. All we need is to see a car leaving the pro at the right time. Keep sharing Teddy. Someone knows where he is.

This sounds planned so please get CRN from police and poster park and advise council in case CCTV in park that police can check. Make enquiries with all dog walkers and those using the park as someone will have seen him taken. Make sure you advise all Vets, pubs, dog walkers, pet shops and check sale site activity . If they realise he is spayed they may at some point release him if made too hot to handle as he cannot be used for breeding. If finder is keeping Teddy they have committed the criminal offence of theft by finding which will stay as a record forever affecting current and future finance and employment so it's in their interest to hand Teddy in xx

are police aware? get him onto facebook pages lostbox, red alert, harveys army, get murphy home, lots of posters everywhere, check selling sites. Also, try leaving something with afamiliar scent near where he was last seen (your dirty clothing, something soaked in your wee) just in case. Try contacting www.k9tracker.co.uk

Nothing sadly. My belief is that he was snatched quite quickly. Possibly even lured away from his group by someone who had the intention of taking him. I am sick with worry.
