Thank you everyone who helped & searched for this lovely dog. I think in fairness to the Dog Warden service for this area ,Chelsea was being looked after by another family member when she went missing. Chelsea's chip & tag only had the owner's contact details who could not be contacted at the time. This does endorse the need for people to add that extra number of a dog minder/walker or family member that are likely to be looking after the dog at any time.Something that is easily overlooked. Added to this Chelsea was missing over the weekend when most councils only run an out of hours service. In Chelsea's case the finder saw the posters & was then able to let the DW & family know.

Been worrying about her all night. No sign in Bushy Park Hampton area this morning. Lots of RTs happening.
Update - Just read on twickenham lost pets she has been found in a garden & re-united!!! Great to see Chelsea is safe but why didnt LBRUT Dog Warden let Dog Lost know before? Could have saved a lot of heartache & searching yesterday!

Walked all around the area yesterday and also around the golf course at David Lloyd. Lots of people are keeping their eyes out for Chelsea. With no other sightings I wonder if someone has taken her in for safety. Not everyone especially older people read Facebook. Waiting for another sighting and can be there in 10 minutes

Have been back out am home for dinner just driving around local area crossing the main roads which were too busy so just kerb crawled along side roads. Crossed from burtons road, hampton hill, uxbridge road, park road - nothing yet :(

We have been out drove round local area sainsbury burton road hampton hill teddington into bushy park walked from diana car park along perimeter road parallel to river trying to keep eye out for updates can be out any time to help, hope she is found soon xx I have added mobile numbers to my phone and will go out again about 430. Sharing to local groups, friends, personal and business fb and twitter.

Just walked the scrubland from Burton Rd up parallel to Sainsburys rear of Fulwell Golf Course. Lots of places to hide. Told 3 dog walkers who will look out for her. Worth putting posters on open gateways to raise more awareness with dog walkers & passers by.

Have just spoken to Chelsea's owner & given some advice on scenting etc. Chelsea is running from one area to another & is clearly very frightened. The sightings are so useful ,this will enable her owner to begin to set up an area of safe familiarity in the hopes that Chelsea will stay in this one area & not bolt off. Good to see that posters are out there & sightings are coming in .Also good that there is an awareness to not approach Chelsea as this would make her bolt off again. please keep sharing this page so that we can have as many eyes & ears out there for Chelsea. thank you. dog spotted lat night - and noted on street life "Has anyone lost a collie dog one is roaming free and clearly very frightened at the top end of Longford close hampton hill. He has turned right and is running scared Unable to catch him he looks very distressed. Please spread the word" this was reported 13 hours ago - have shared Doglost info on street life. She was running around sanders close off windmill road last night around 8pm.My mum originally thought it was a fox she was on the grass area at the back of the close very scared she wouldn't come anywhere near.She then ran off towards Uxbridge road.Mum came to get a torch we looked for her and asked a guy at the pub if he had seen the dog and he said no.We walked along Windmill road but realised she could of gone anywhere at the speed she was going.Hope you find her

Rough Collie's in survival mode are in extreme danger if they are chased. She needs to be able to settle down, if seen please turn away from her and if you have any food suitable drop it behind you and gently walk away a few steps. If it is dry sit down on the ground with your back towards her and ring the contact numbers above. DO NOT CALL HER, DO NOT CHASE HER PLEASE.

Hi, Chelsea was in our business park (219 High St. Hampton Hill) from around 11am today. We tried to coax her over but she ran out and turned right towards the high street. We ran after her but she's so fast we lost sight of her. Several people said that they had seen her running in the road! They said she that went down the high street towards Tesco's. When we got there a man from the council said that he had seen her run down the side of Allen & Allen insurance. When we got there she was nowhere to be seen. Hope she gets home soon x

My partner saw this dog at around 10.40am running down Wellington road from Fulwell across the crossroads, down Hampton Hill High Street.By the time he parked he'd lost sight of it but not one person tried to catch her! Hope you find her soon x
