- From the comments on the local pets lost site there are plenty of people out looking in the areas not far from where Buddy lives i.e. approx a mile but it would be fraught with dangers a railway crossing in Hampden Park village large roundabouts supermakets industrial units. The last sighting seems to have been on Golden Jubilee way near to Stone Cross yesterday about mid-day. There have been no positive sightings today.

- Need to get lots of posters out in the area he went missing to make him TOO HOT TO HANDLE. As he is a rescue dog and frightened of people this is going to need the softly softly approach. Does Buddy know the area well? x

- I have just got back from driving the following route. Pevensey up Rattle Road along Golden Jubilee Way Went all round the Hydneye as he could access that area from Golden Jubilee Way. On to Hampden Park Cross Levels Way David Lloyd Centre talked to man there who will tell all staff to keep an eye out. Back to Langney. Sorry no sightings. I am trying to get people who post on local Lots pet sights to look on this site. Also haven't seen any posters not even homemade ones.

- sattwood: Sorry to hear that Buddy is missing. I have sent you our Doglost advice that may help you with your search.
Would you let us know where and how he went missing please? The more info we have the easier it will be to help find him. A lot of our helpers are not on Fbk so the only way of them getting info will be from this page.
Thanks Quincy. I also saw the photos and comments on Fbk and great to see so many sightings but I too got confused which one was where and when! (We also have another GSD lost in East Sussex and that caused some confusion too)
However it's good to know so many people are already aware of Buddy.
I have suggested that as many posters as possible be put up in the area that Buddy is lost. This is the very best way of getting reliable sightings.
Good luck with your search. - 2016-02-03 22:48 Quincy
- Went out looking today straight after coming back from looking for Jasper. Nice to see it now on Doglost as the comments on our local facebook site was getting too confusing. It sounds like he is more than half way home in a very round about sort of way. From Golden Jubilee way there are ways for him to get home via fields and eventually Hampden Park (that is the park not the village) Will be going out in the morning will look at the back of sainsburys and david lloyd centre and on into the park.
