- fionap58. I think that there is a gypsy community here, Water Lane Caravan Site Water Lane Harrietsham Kent ME17 1DH....Unsure if this is anywhere near this poor baby was found. According to Kentonline... Maidstone has more gypsy and traveller sites than anywhere in Kent - and almost the country....Unsure about the Lurcher and area.

- I hesitate to tar them all with the same brush but this is one of the ways to get rid of unwanted dogs in the gypsy community. They dispensed with the bag where I used to live and just tied their legs together and threw them in the river. Both this terrier and the greyhound, who could have been a lurcher, are gypsy working dogs so it makes sense. Any camps local to both sites?

- Anyone that can do this to an animal are neither use nor ornament to anyone. I would say what should happen to them, but I don't want banning. RIP little dog, sorry some humans can be so evil x

- So it would seem that this dog was a Jack Russell and was found in Yalding if anyone is missing a dog like this. The other dead dog found in Kent was a tan Greyhound featured on ITV.com which was found on a pavement in a plastic bag.Last edited: 2016-02-05 11:13:23 by Nina
