So sorry. My thoughts are with his owners. Nightie night Blue sleep tight, and have fun at the bridge with the other "Rainbow babies" RIP+ God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for Blue. Run free little chap; so sad. But at least you have closure, and can lay him to rest. One day when the time is right, you will meet Blue at the bridge, and will cross over together: never to be parted. He was carrie across the bridge by a loving Angel. And will remain with you in spirit.

Not long been home to see the news 😰 Gutted for his owners who worked so hard to find him, and everyone who was involved in the search. This gorgeous little boy touched so many hearts ❤️ thank you to his finder who has now finally given the family closure they so desperately needed. Sweet dreams little man ❤️🐶🐾🐾🌈 xxx

Blue's owners are working so hard to find him, they are out day and night, the Bolton community has been fantastic!!

Can you email me a small version of the poster so I can get 4 on an A4 sheet and I will run loads off and get up there tomorrow and Sunday after work. I have tried copying and pasting from the official poster but can't get the picture on. Happy to provide small give out leaflets for the owners if they want some.

I have been to meet the owners tonight and dropped some posters off. They have been up there again today, and some other family members have gone up tonight with torches. They have spoken to lots of people and made them aware, including a ranger. Matchmoor will be alerted tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who is out searching - really hope he is somewhere warm and safe :(

Hi is there any organised searches tomorrow just I have 11 chihuahuas and am a scanner for #iaata who lives in Bolton just 1 mile away I'm happy to come along in the hope similar sounding dogs will drWs Blue out from whichever little hole or den he might be in keeping warm mine are all strong in dependant little guys and girls as I'm sure he is; I'd like to help but have to be cautious as have had spinal surgery twice in 32 days please let me know.

Just been up to the kennels down through the field and back through Wilderswood and mentioned it everyone I met.Has he been reported to Matchmoor? Just seen a hack going out with about 20 people and you can see a lot more from up on a horse than you can on the ground. Will go up again after work.

We went up late last night after seeing this on Facebook, did Georges Lane, Wallsuches, Arcon Village, Wilderswood and back of Rivington school. No sighting of dog or posters to say anyone has found him. Hope he's safe and warm and returned after scanning today. Shout if we can help.

I have spoken to Blue's owner this morning. There was a big walk up Rivington yesterday and lots of people around. We are really hoping someone has picked him up. Kayla will contact warden and vets this morning, keeping everything crossed for good news xx
