Monty has been found! Victoria and Anastasia found him on the Hocroft Estate. He is a bit skinny but otherwise he seems well. Thank you so much to everyone for all your help over the last 2 days. We are so grateful.
Jo
Just heard someone saw him running this afternoon towards the Hocroft estate.

We put up posters and gave out flyers in The Vale and surrounding roads, including to postmen, one of whom saw Monty yesterday at 1ish running off The Vale into Pentland Close. We have also put posters up on Mill Lane and Cricklewood Broadway (as far as Cricklewood Lane). This evening we are going back to The Vale with food and some of our clothes. We laid a urine track there earlier today. No reports of any sightings today. So hoping we get some news before the day is over.

I've just been driving round the side roads off The Vale and Pennine Drive. Also mentioned Monty to a window cleaner, postmen and other dog walkers. Anybody on the streets is another set of eyes. Posters would be good as there are lots of mums and children on half term.

Worth letting The Dog Lounge, Cricklewood Lane know....they are out and about walking in the area a lot.

I've given posters and flyers to Sorting office and skip depot on Claremont Rd near The Vale and Cricklewood Bus Garage. Someone reported seeing Monty crossing A41 yesterday morning at 8.15 so he spent a lot of time round there yesterday. We are going out this morning to hand out more posters in that area. Thank you all for your help.

Thank you to everyone for helping us. We handed out flyers on the Heath today and gave posters & flyers to shops in Cricklewood and Golders Green. Will do more tomorrow. Someone phoned us tonight saying they thought they saw him at about 11am today near Basing Hill Park.

OMG that reminds me when my fluffy baby went missing 3 weeks ago,an army of searchers went top look for him,but he waited until his mum was by herself,i took advise from this lovely site and drove to the spot where he went missing at 11pm with his foodbowl and sardines in it,as well as his toy and my cardi,i put it all down and waited 2 hours,he was gone,at 5am i went back, and there he was standing by his things,i called him against advise and he run off,i then sat in my car with the lights off and the door open and he 20 mins later he came up to my door jumped in and cried all the way home,no lights no torches,no talking, just dark and quiet and it worked

He may go back to where he last saw you/where car was parked or try to get home......can you leave any clothing items or other scented things to lure him to a safe spot?? I have shared on FB, half term so Heath will be extra busy....assume you let Heath rangers and carpark lady know??
