- Kent and Essex police do have our Halo scanners but there are probably a lot more policemen/women than scanners, however, I am sure this policeman would have found a way to get a scanner even after hours. Well done indeed. So happy! X

- Fantastic news! Kent & Essex police work together with DogLost and we are seeing more and more dogs getting home with their help. Thank you to these police forces. I am so pleased Seri is home. Now let's find the other two. X

- You mean we all chip in Red Alert? Haha.
That's an excellent idea because if this sighting had been out of hours as far as the vets were concerned (especially over a long weekend) Seri might have been moved on.
In fact, wouldn't it be good to have scanners available for the police to use across the country. If there was a big fundraising for these to be supplied (as police finances are so stretched) I wonder what the reaction would be from different forces? Or would they sit in a drawer unused? - 2016-02-24 19:30 Red Alert
- Perhaps we could all club together and buy this kind hearted Policeman a scanner

**FOUND** Seri is home!!! Seri is now washed and sitting happily snuggled up on our sofa. You've never seen a happier dog. She knew she stunk too because after her bath, she's been rubbing all over every bit of furniture and bedding she can. grin emoticon
According to the police, she was taken from a traveller's residence on Star Lane, BR1 Orpington, Kent. They were there on other business and noticed a Frenchie in a large run with an assortment of large dogs. Because she looked out of place, the policeman went to the local vets, borrowed a microchip scanner, then went back and scanned her. Thank goodness for that dog-loving policeman to not only being observant, but caring enough to help us get Seri back home!!!
One down....two to go! Hope renewed! Please keep sharing the posters. I'll amend the first one and get a new one. THANK YOU everyone for your help!! xxx - 2016-02-24 16:21 ALS

- For poster printing purposes, may I suggest it would be more effective to have the individual picture as the poster picture?
Bit close to home, this! I'll be keeping a sharp lookout. - 2016-02-17 13:14 Gino
