Just seen this update .......Potential friend of owner came forward. According to her the owner has had a heart attack in hospital and the friend looking after him accidentally let him get out Wednesday morning. She knew the details of the dog inc collar colour and personality. However chip details don't match. Also the lady who owns him can barely talk and very confused at the moment

Can the chip insert be traced via the vet for an address of original owner? If sold on from original owner then he may have wandered out from a travellers site is always a possibility.

I have been in contact with Natalie.Natalie has been brilliant and contacted all dog wardens.I have posted to all local Blackpool sites fingers crossed someone will recognise him xxx

Thank you to everyone sharing. Still no luck in anyone coming forward 😢 If not in 7 days he needs rescuing and a new home! Is so adorable and was great with other dogs and cats such a shame this poor chap appears to be unwanted now 😢

I posted on the other thread (which was duplicated) about this dog looking like Ted 97988 and was told the dog warden had collected him. That thread has now vanished. Isles is going to ring Ted's owner.
