Still no Tallulah unfortunately 😢 Thank you Baydogs for offering to deliver posters. My dad has started putting up/delivering posters so I will keep you posted on how he has got on later in the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Tallulah also has a black collar on with a metal paw tag and a magnetic pellet for her cat flap.
Lynette
Thank you so much again for all your help. A friend went door to door giving a post it note to neighbours this afternoon with my telephone number on it, showing a photo of Tallulah and asking for sheds/garages to be checked. I could not print any leaflets-bless her, it was so very kind of her. She went along Copper Hill and the bottom of Dracaena Crescent, but didn't have time for the rest of Dracaena Crescent, Dracaena Avenue, Prospect Place or the new estate towards the football club. Pirate FM have informed me there was a possible viewing opposite Penpol school too so if anyone can have a look there that would be appreciated. I'll try to get a lift down there tomorrow too. I have 20, A5 posters to deliver tomorrow so some assistance would be gratefully received. I'm not sure what time they will arrive though. Thanks, my number is 07968111408, Dracaena Avenue. I'll be available after 10am, after I have called for Tallulah through the windows 😊

Hi Lynette. Have just been through Hayle and saw one of your posters in Animal Veterinary Services too. Noted that it said Tallulah liked to go into sheds etc. As you know, we've been experiencing some fairly extreme weather for the past few weeks and I wonder if she sheltered up during the torrential rainfall and got shut in somewhere.Any of your neighbours gone away?
Flyers through neighbouring letter boxes would be ideal.
Posters in the pubs- Cornubia and The Copperhouse too.

Pleased that the Rail Network and Highways are aware and also pleased that you live way back from the main road.

Sorry to read about your ankle, especially with a cat missing. I don't have a printer but am happy to distribute leaflets/posters if someone else can print them off for me.

Is there anyone who can pop flyers in through all your neighbours letterboxes? Can you sit by an open window and call her? or make a recording of you calling her that someone else could take outside?
Lynette
THANK YOU all for all your help!
I've had an ankle operation so can't even get out and search and call for her-it's heart breaking. She is gorgeous! I live at Dracaena Avenue. If anyone is able to print a picture to pop in shops, vets etc I'd be really grateful-My friends have done coop, Lidl and Asda and animal charity shop so far.
She doesn't usually go far! On Tuesday I informed pirate fm, heart and bbc radio Cornwall and I'm trying to get an ad in the Cornishman - waiting for them to call back!
I just found out the council and railways haven't seen her so that really good news! Phew!
Thanks again all!!! 😻

you need to call her late at night and early morning when there is less background noise.

To add to janiejewel's good advice, I'd also ask if both vets in Hayle could put a missing poster in their windows. I live not far away so I'll keep my eyes peeled for her too. Do you know her general route when she goes out for a walk - which neighbour's gardens she visits etc? Do you think she might have accidentally been shut in a neighbour's garden shed/garage?

An announcement over Radio Cornwall is often successful for news. As you know, our local station is really helpful regarding lost pets.

Six days missing for a spayed cat is a bit worrying and I hope she turns up soon. She looks a real little sweetheart.

Which end of copperhouse are you/ Or are you situated midway? Back from the main street or right on it?Last edited: 2016-02-18 10:01:44 by Baydogs

As Tallulah is spayed should not be far away. Presuime all outbuildings searched in case she has been locked in? Put some tuna or food in her dish, and keep calling her; night or early morning is best. Put something with her scent on such as her blanket/bedding, and place in a clean container, along with something with your scent on too, or hang on the washing loine if dry weather. Wipe her scent on all your garden fences (Inside, and out), and gates too. Put "Lost" posters through doors, and ask around. Ask people to share too. Someone may be feeding her.
