Just been to the vets with lola and her chip beeped immediately there is nothing wrong with it! It wasn't even hidden it was on her right hand side. It took one second to beep. How can the dog warden and the kennels not find it. I have a letter from the vets confirming it.

Brilliant news. Stay safe now. Xxx

Great to see. Will be intresting to see why chip failed though!
Esther
There was a large batch of chips that malfunctioned. I had one of them in a horse and that chip still works, the one in my springer failed and he had to be re chipped. Worth getting vets to check them when they are in for inoculations.

Pleased to be moving Lola to the blue, she will be going to the vet to find out why the chip didn't show despite being scanned thoroughly both by the dog warden and the kennels.

It's ok it will be fine. Get some rest knowing she is safe x
Claire
Thank you she is definitely chipped I don't understand what's happened! She always has her collar with our phone number on when we are out of the house when we're at home we take it off and we think our daughter left the front door open and she got out today with her collar off. I feel so sad :(

See what tomorrow brings Claire x
