- I hope the owner gets the chip checked at the vets! The Sanctuary need to know if their microchip scanner is working. Lucky this little one was matched with owner before the 7 day deadline when he could have been rehomed or put to sleep.

- The sanctuary did scan but were unable to find chip. Chips can move, not all that often but it happens. The owners have no complaint against anyone and are very grateful to the finder.

- Apparently he's at Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary, and has been there since Wednesday! According to his Fb page (https://www.facebook.com/Find-Little-Neville-595870537233955/timeline) he was picked up on the moor on Wednesday, but the finder wasn't local, and they took him straight to Bleakholt. It does beg the question why they haven't spotted he was chipped... and was he reported to the dog warden?
