Thank Dog for His 'chip - I've just read the post which says He was 'found' - I sooo like to believe that Enzo managed to escape from His 'captors' - Why Else would anyone Steal a Dog then simply allow it to roam ?

Enzo is reunited - someone found him and took him to a vet in Leigh where the chip id him as Enzo today

Please check to eliminate. Long way away and described as adult rather than young adult but entire. Chipped, so if Enzo you should have heard something....but worth checking just in case-

Sorry this is the first time I have been able to access the site since it was closed down. Kat hasn't had any news about Enzo. Sadly he isn't home but we are still hoping and looking in lots of places - selling sites etc. Hopefully one day he will be taken to the vets and scanned. Pray they contact Kat and don't believe the 'new' owners. So sad.

Good morning Kat...though I doubt you had much sleep. I'm glad that you've managed to poster well etc.Don't forget any schools/shops/pubs in the area. You want to get everyone talking about missing Enzo.

Last night I google mapped your surroundings- the area between Mellor and Rowarth, as I don't know the area at all. It's quite rural isn't it. Are there any barns/ allotment sheds/outbuildings that Enzo might have sheltered or been shut in? Could you visit the farms and land owners in the area, give them a poster and ask if they'd be kind enough to check all their outbuildings?. Also give posters to postmen/milkman/delivery people who drive around the area a great deal as they may see him on their travels. Also your bus company- if you have one.
Any building going on where he might have been shut in over the weekend?

If he's been picked up by someone kind who has been looking after him, by rights you should hear something by tomorrow, when the vets/dog wardens are open again and he can be scanned.His details are up to date?

I see a railway line - not sure how far that is from where you live. I know that you won't want to think about it but I should give Network Rail a call. Ditto Highways, to see if he has been picked up.

Where do you normally walk him? Walk those routes calling him gently, or simply talking gently with someone else, or squeaking his favourite toy if he's into squeakies.

Watch the internet sites where dogs are sold for a description that might be him. Put up a LOST notice amongst those ads if you can.

Kat, I'm so sorry Enzo is still missing. Apologies if I'm asking the obvious, but have you managed to get any posters put up around your neighbourhood? These are so important. Flyers through neighbour's doors are also useful.

And have you phoned vets, rescue centres and the dog wardens in your district? It pays to phone Dog Wardens daily just to make sure. An announcement over local radio also helps to alert people, should they have seen him. One doesn't generally see pugs wandering around on their own....

Thank you all so very much. We are all devestated as still no sign of Enzo. Unfortunately he escaped from the front of the house. We have put £1000 reward for Enzo's return or information leading to Enzo's return. He is part of our family and we are deeply missing him. Any information would be welcomed.
