Message received from owner: He's home we just heard a scratch at the door. He's wet dirty and hungry. Going to give him a shower and dry him off and see if he's hurt. He still had the collar and lead on but he's home 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Holliberry, I have spoken to owner & a couple of search dogs scouted the area this afternoon but found nothing unfortunately. Not sure where the search dogs were from but any help is gratefully received to get this little chap home.
Owner will mark each fox hole they search so they are not going over the same patch & will poster the area tomorrow. The dogs have a love for fox holes so it is possible that he is down one of them.

I hope so too Nat its just very worrying that one dog was able to slip her collar .I hope if anyone is in the area they can help with a search x
Nat
They weren't running free on a split lead, the owners daughter was in the process of letting them off lead when they ran is my understanding. When I was helping the search this morning they did have his sister but she didn't lead them to him. By lunchtime his sister had to go home to rest as she was exhausted, I'm sure they will take her back out with them after she has rested. Really hoping for some good news soon.

I do not understand why 2 dogs would be attached together on a free run. I am glad one has returned but it is more then likely this one is caught up in something . The area and undergrowth needs searching thoroughly .I hope he is found asap.

Hope the owners take his sister to search as she will be the best bet to find him if he is caught up somewhere , i hope and pray he is safe though , free running two active dogs on a split lead is so dangerous );
Nat
I've been helping to search this morning. His sister came home last night with no collar, so Shaiden is still probably attached to the split lead & his sisters collar. The bushes are dense and we are assuming he is caught up somewhere.

Good grief! they will soon be caught up somewhere if they go opposite ways to each other ...are they use to the Whistle?

Check Acresway Kennels in Thundersley kn case they have been taken there - its the pound for the area.
