Patlucky - The Cornwall Dog Warden Service web page states "Please note we only display photos where the dog's owner hasn't been identified". Note it says identified rather than notified. It is possible that while they have been able to identify an owner through chip or tag, they have not been able to contact the person identified. I will copy this comment to Tilly's page also.

Have added details to TILLY (lost 99103) just in case.

EDIT: Sadly TILLY (99103) has been found on the train track and passed to Rainbow Bridge.
