A lost westie dog has been reported in the local paper as having been found in a thin dishevelled condition in Horsham last week, approx 1 year old, could it be Rexy? Please email me for further details as I do not often log on to private messages.

Animal Concern Cumbria have had a Westie Type dog handed in to them after the new owners had purchased the dog through the internet. This is a wild shot in the dark, but could it be Rexy? Please ask the owners to contact Linda Lockney 01900 61669.

Will get some emails and faxes out as soon as we have picture. Just spoken to owner (he lives fairly near to me) to see where he had postered locally. He has said again he will send a photo from his wifes phone. If it's not received in a few days I could suggest that he could me a photo in and I could scan it for him.

Spoken to owner and he has put up more than 1000 posters all over london and registered with everyone you can expect. He cannot email picture as he does not have a computer but he has promised to text the picture to me and i will email to nik

As soon as Admin receives a photograph, the poster will be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Rexy well. Good luck Rexy x
