- It is possible owners have new mob number. I once contacted my son and left messages but I didnt hear back. Apparently he had a different number that I wasnt aware of. Cannot explain why the voicemail still went through! Can the DW send a letter to the registered owner?

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
