- this is such good news. having adopted a Romanian dog, lost by her owners the day after she arrived, I know how terrified of everything and everyone they can be. that she was found and caught so quickly is amazing and heartwarming a stranger stopped and went to her rescue. thankyou you wonderful caring stranger
