- pleased to see this happy ending BUT COULD ALL DOG OWNERS SPEND £4 ON AN IDENTITY TAG FOR THEIR DOGS COLLAR P L E A S E. chips are compulsory but invisible. the id tags saves the dog, the finder and the owner so much time effort and heartache, and dog warden fees
