i am so sad to see rosie is still missing. i know you should never give up hope but i cannot imagine living every day for 3 years with this heavy grey cloud hanging overhead............ with 3 dogs of my own i can only keep wishing for you. the chip is a wonderful invention and hope 1 day you willget that call from a vet somewhere saying they have her. good luck

Thanks everyone for still keeping Rosie in your mind and viewing all the JR's found. I'm losing hope that she's still alive but will never stop thinking about or looking for my girl. While there is still a chance that Rosie might appear somewhere and be scanned I will never give up on her.

Message from Rosie's family:-
On the 1 May 2016 Rosie went missing from Dog Wood in Tatton Park, Knutsford. We will never stop looking for her and hope that one day she will be scanned and come home. The house is so quiet without her and the bluebells will always remind us of the day she disappeared

Have UPDATED the details and added an extra image of ROSIE into the Extra Image box. Fingers crossed her CHIP gets SCANNED and owner gets that most important call. xxx

Made contact with owner who has never given up looking for ROSIE. I will do a fb share post shortly.

The sighting has now been confirmed that it was definitely not Rosie. I won't ever give up and as Rosie is chipped I hope that she will appear and be scanned at some point. It will be 5 months tomorrow when Rosie went missing. We all miss her and want her home

i am so sad to see rosie is still missing, and when 50,000 of the dogs collected last year by dog wardens were never claimed, its tragic that all the much loved dogs here on doglost.co.uk remain missing. sadly some may well have died and not been found, but i believe the vast majority have simply been kept by the finders which of course is wrong.i hope one day very soon to find rosie in the blue columns

have contacted local paper knutsford guardian to beg them to do a covering story with essential photo of rosie - hoping someone might have seen her with somebody.i took a call last year for a dog missing 3 months - the woman said I know where ...... is and she did know and had known for thre entire 3 months.... the reward did the trick, so I am hoping it might for little rosie

just a thought but my Romanian rescue was in Manchester dogs home for 11 days - yes 11 days - before she was scanned. but that also means that her original adopter did not go to Manchester dogs home for 11 days to look for her. I believe they don't deal with owners over the phone - I understand the owner has to go to the home themselves.

Posters are around town and shops. I have been to the fair and they have taken posters. Dog Warden, Tatton Rangers and the Police are aware. Postal workers and milkmen are aware. Please Help Find Rosie Facebook page has been set up. Rosie must turn up soon as I can't think what to do next

Many people are looking for Rosie in Tatton Park , Knutsford and the surrounding areas. No sightings and no sound from badgers setts in Dog Wood where she was last seen. Please keep a lookout for Rosie everywhere

might be good idea to look round the fair - its been on The Heath several days. also sadly ring Cheshire west and chester, and Cheshire east councils, in case either of them have found a little body - and haven't got round to phoning yet. this weekend in knutsford will be very busy, perhaps get a table and chairs with lots of flyers at the knutsford end of tatton park to hand to all the dog walkers, cyclists, horse riders etc who will go in the park. still hope she will wriggle out of a rabbit hole after not eating for days - fingers crossed. posters in windows of houses and cars old fashioned but good way of people seeing her

Update. We have searched comprehensively as we can for three days now. There have been no sightings or leads as to were Rosie is. All agencies have been informed. Owners are leaving Rosie's crate with scented blankets and food etc over night but this has remained untouched. We have tried, whistles, squeaky toys and cooking smelly food in the vicinity. We have searched every warren and Sett as best we can and have used the owners other dogs to search. We are now investigating the possibility of an endoscope type camera or a search and rescue dog. Please keep looking. Hopefully if she is not trapped she may be sighted. If anyone sees her and cannot safely catch her, please photograph and contact one of the telephones numbers with location and time seen. Do not chase her, she will now be terrified and may run. Thank you all. Keep sharing.

Poster like mad.....keep checking the area you where you park your car. From experience a lost dog often returns to this place. I have family in the area and they walk daily in Tatton Park....they will keep a look out. My thoughts are with you!

owner says she is a happy friendly little dog. today bank hols so vets closed but will have emergency number if anyone rings,and maybe no dog warden but rosie does have an id tag on and up to date microchip details.she is always driven to walk venue - a few miles from home. is it likely she will find her way home where she has lived for 5 months?

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (99701)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
