  • Other Info Recovered Brackens body today after getting a mini digger in to dig banking out, she had suffocated digging after a rabbit. Thanks to all for help.

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. I've one that does that (go to ground) and have a stressful time managing the balance between her running free v risk of her pinging off down her fav burrows.

Still no sign of Bracken, I suspect she may have gone to ground in an ash bank and smothered, but without getting a mini digger in I guess we'll never know, tried digging by hand but there no sign or sound of her, saw a pest controller setting snares on the same farm tonight so I'm going to try catch up with him and see if he's seen anything.
