Thanks Alison.
However, happy to say that Delta has just been found. A lovely helper in the area sent me a msg saying she saw Delta running loose and on her own earlier and she went bk there to help search. She knew our Doglost advice and followed it.
She says
"couldnt get near her, too scared. got the owner to strip off and put a T-shirt down by the carpark. I heard a collar jingle, we got her back, very delighted
dog not traumatised, and seemed quite calm and happy once she's eaten my supper!"

Well done to her and welcome back Delta!

I have spoken with owners friend and have sent out our Doglost email advice.
Have advised putting scent articles out at the car park where they started their walk and hopefully when all has gone quiet Delta will make her way back there.
Owners were out with friends walking with other dogs and Delta spotted a rabbit and ran off. There were several sightings afterwards so she is known to be in the area still. They are still up there searching and will be staying until late to try to find her.
Keeping everything crossed that Delta will be found soon.
