What a nasty thing to have happened. If I were the owner, I would saturate the area from the place he was snatched through to Thorney Hill and Bransgore with masses of posters. Burley, as usual, attracts many visitors so poster there as well. Don't forget to ask if you can poster in all the tea rooms & the little garage in Burley. They will definitely not mind.Last edited: 2011-12-08 16:51:16 by Folly

You are doing a great job at getting the word out there, I will put him forward for the Countrymans Weekly but it takes a couple weeks to get him in and hopefully he will be back by then.

thinking of you and sharing the facebook posted to friends Ozzie is the spitting image of my lurcher Barney .............really hoping he becomes too hot for them to handle and is returned soon x
Flojo
I often walk nr Thorney hill and have seen quite a few lurchers, they must be popular in that area! He was probably more atractive to the men as he was wearing a muzzle they would have assumed he likes to hunt? I will certainly look out for him... he is a very handsome boy, I hope you get him home soon X
Neighbark
What IS IT about travellers and lurchers?
Neighbark
Wicked evil men! Is there a travelller's site in the area?

Spoken to the owner's mother who was walking Ozzie when he dissapeared. All authorities aware and police will be taking a statement tonight. As Ozzie is chipped and tattooed he will be identified quickly when found, let's hope that is very soon.
