A lost westie dog has been reported in the local paper as having been found in a thin dishevelled condition in Horsham last week, approx 1 year old, could it be Monty? Please email me for further details as I do not often log on to private messages.

Hi Kalis mum, I ask Monty's owner to contact you when I first spoke to her. Can you confirm? I believe it would be productive for both of you to work together. If she hasn't could you call her please. It maybe she has no knowledge of computers, although I understood she would post on here as you do for Kali. Sue x

Monty's owner feels that he is still local. She believes he may have gone on the hunt for some female company? Posters seem to be the way forward with him, th more that are up the more likely he will be spotted by a neighbour who has a new dog next door. Police done, DW done, Battersea done. Owner will hopefully be on here tomorrow for updates. I have advised Monty & Kali's owners get together on the hunt and postering. Sue x

hi, I am living hackney wick and recently had my girl kali stolen, so i am cycling east London oftenly in search for her, will have my eyes open for Monty too and put some posters up. Hope we can find them.XX

As soon as Admin receives a photograph, the poster will be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Monty well. Stay safe Monty and come home soon x
