Hi can't be 100% but just passed a dog on B1053 (a lane near breaintree, essex) tried my best to get him but he disappeared. Looked scruffy and skinny but I think had a collar on? 10pm Sunday 24th of February 2019Last edited: 2019-02-24 22:37:25 by Rheanna
