So glad you are home Archie. What a horrendous ordeal to go through for dog and owner. One thing that Doglost recommends is that you should never leave your dog tied outside a shop, but it is surprising how many people do it, never realising the dangers involved. Happy homecoming sweet boy. xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Welcome home Archie, you poor old thing having to go through that, thank god that you were found. Hope that the man is questioned over the other dogs taken from outside shops.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am very pleased to able to say that Archie has been reunited !!!! CCTV coverage showed a man walking away from Tescos with Archie. He was later found dumped about 15 miles away in Haydock. Owners will never leave him outside a shop again !!Welcome home Archie and stay safe from now on xx Pam Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I agree that someone should contact the police and councellor about Archie and Henry, stolen in similar circumstances. Is there any possibility the tv might make a coverage about this. Please come home Archie, seems they are targeting older dogs. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Oh no - not another one. I still can't stop thinking about poor Henry. Will keep my eye out as he's missing not far away. I know in a perfect world we would be able to do it, but when will people learn not to tie their dogs up outside shops even for a few seconds because there are horrible people out there who will take them.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

omg this is ridiculous in Wigan again! I will put a poster in my car. Owners, can you pm me to arrange postering and let me know what you have done already? Is there milage in getting in touch with Henry's owner and the Councillor and doing some kind of warning/get our dogs back campaign? (Henry is Newfoundland cross a few pages back). Here's hoping Archie is home very very soon Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
