It turns out that this lovely Staffie is called Buster!
He’s microchipped and his owners have been contacted. He’s currently with K9 Klub (and having a lovely time by all accounts) while waiting for his registered owners.

Catherine, thank you for thinking of Fudge, but he has a lot of white on his chest & some on his muzzle this one hasn't.

Has the dog warden been called. Cannot be left in an enclosure for much longer

He's safe for now but scared and will not allow anyone near him he's been kept in the enclosure at Pontefract racecourse and has been for 5 hrs
