  • Other Info My dog was given away without my position. Though Charlie was registered under my mothers name the Dog is mine as the finances and care, and chip are under my name. My heart is broken and cannot locate him. Any legal advice or local sightings are vital. I didn't even get to say goodbye and don't even know to who she sold it to. As it was my dog she had no reason to give him away and i am trying to track him down and get him back as i am in my rights.
