  • Other Info Large dirty golden retriever seen on Lavenham airfield that's been there over 2 weeks. I'd been told about it as I live next to the airfield but until today not seen it, 2 of my dogs went right up to it its friendly, but although I tried to tempt it with treats I couldn't get closer than about 50 yards. I spoke to a farm worker who said he had been trying to catch it, they could get close in a car but not on foot. RSPCA, council and dog warden informed but not interested.

This group on Facebook is the Find Pirry page sharing information -

It may be useful to see if it is him. I work for the group who brought him over from Spain in September.

A comment on FB asks if this found/sighted dog could possibly be Pirry ~ Here's the link to Pirry's page
Thank you Carolynl but I've not seen the dog since Friday, I've set up a feeding station in the hope it will keep returning to same spot. As you know the airfield is vast, but it's been sighted by lots of dog walkers. Drove round as much as I could but no sight this morning.
I'm Lavenham area...can't do anything at moment as home alone with 3 boys but if there's anything I can do later? If he/she's not caught? Can share to sites but don't want to get lots of people coming up and then he/she gets scaredLast edited: 2019-03-16 11:23:39 by Carolynl
Shared to twitter and instagram - hope owner can be traced 🐾
Could this possibly be " stolen Alice" missing over a year from IP28 postcode ?
