Saw your posters along Wennington Rd today. If you haven't done so already, it's worth putting some up near Brady School or Chaffords School entrance (if they are near your house). Lots of mums and kids will see them and they come from all over Rainham. The other places that can be of use are local parks. They may be some distance from your house, but dog-minded people congregate there and will keep a look out when driving around. Also, doctors' surgeries and Tescos receive visitors from all over this area - some posters there could also be useful. Best of luck - I will keep my eyes peeled and spread the word to the people at Rainham church.
