I am hoping that the Police are involved & are interrogating whoever they found to be involved in both dogs' theft ...
& I am being serious, not flippant, these pet thieves need teaching a few lessons ..that crime doesn't pay ...
If only UK Law allowed the Authorities to chop off their hands ...tbey would never thieve again would they !! grr 😠
