First of all, thank you to everyone who has helped, by searching/keeping eyes open/postering. You have all been amazing. She came back to campsite, seemingly from direction she first went off (pond/ditch). She was spotted by fellow campers & Gillian was called. She quickly ran out & followed advice (Stop & Drop) Mable came running :) She looks healthy & is very excited to be back. She is having a vet check though.

Thanks to Mandy Butler (Lost Dog Trapping Team Search & Rescue Network) & Christine Walker (Lost Dog Recovery UK, South) for both holding my hand when I had wobbles & giving excellent advice.

Have been checking every day and finally she's home! Otto, Max and Jasper send best woofs to Mabel and her mightily relieved owners.

Mable has been spotted several times in a slightly different area, so trap has been moved. Owner is following advice re scenting etc.

"Thank you so very much to everyone turned out today & got soaked to the skin. The positive news is Mable has been spotted, but not yet caught, she is hiding ..... so deploying trap."

I have added on behalf of owners Gill & John. I spoke to them today & went to area & conducted a search (also with a hand held thermal camera).
Mable went missing on the touring park. There is a fenced pond in the area she went missing, but she could have got access through a hedgerow There is also an very overgrown ditch at side, which was searched as best we could (brambles etc) there didn't seem to be any pawprints in the mud. I also searched a neighbouring field with pond, but it is very overgrown & brambly.
I have asked for possibility of drone (she is very tiny, so not sure she would be spotted). I have also suggested owners contact a K9 search group.
*EDIT* Got a thermal drone willing to attend & will liaise with owners.
