- Other Info SHIH TZU x BICHON PUPPY. FLEK has accidentally got out of the house approx 3.00pm. He may of been picked up. Young owner and family are distraught and have been searching for him. If FOUND please contact number on the poster ASAP. FOUND dogs should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (required by LAW)
