After lots of background work, traps and feed station Willow was caught this afternoon thank you Sam Bradley for your endless hours of work. Well done Solstice Missing Dogs. Welcome home Willow 🐾❤️🐾Last edited: 2020-10-21 14:20:39 by Karen - Solstices Missing Dogs and Wiltshire volunteer

Thank you everyone for your help and advice both here and on social media. Can we just ask that anyone wanting to purposely search for Willow contacts the owners on the poster numbers to ask what would be most helpful.
No one should leave public rights of way to search private land without the landowners permission. Any safe areas such as barns or outbuildings need to be kept clear and only checked by the owners to avoid driving Willow out of the area.

Previous owners are helping with the search. Willow is thought to now be injured as has been seen limping. This will make her more nervous and therefore more likely to run and hide.
Please do not call or whistle if seen, turn away and call the poster numbers giving exact location.

Thank you Sandra, that will be a great help to raise awareness.

Please do not call or chase, contact the owner on poster numbers if seen.
Is anyone able to print posters to be displayed in the car park areas used by dog walkers?
Willow has been shared to local Facebook groups, advised given to contact the microchip company ASAP to update details

Thanks Sandra. That’s the parking by right of way to Longstock.
I suspect she ran out of the footpath/right of way on the opposite side of the road which is next to Danebury.
Willow somehow got under/over boundary fence When she was spooked, and has recently been seen in the fields again near the same area and the owner is still there.
Sandra
Spoken to the owner. Verified that Willow was seen at approx 10.15 in left hand farmer's field on road leading to Danebury Hill Fort (opposite turning to Red Rice where people park their cars in a muddy parking area to walk). She was very frightened and would not be approached. Possibly running back towards Danebury Hill where she was lost. Sandra.
Sammie
Last seen running towards Stockbridge and run into one of the fields. I had that message at 10:37 but wasn’t aware of any dogs missing at the time. I have passed the owners number on so the person that side the dog might be able to pinpoint which field and which side. I had already text the Dog Warden that there was a loose dog. So he is aware
