Horacy, is now listed as stolen. He was picked up by a couple of Polish ladies, who are now refusing to hand him back over to his rightful owner. Accusations were made against the owner which have now been proved to be false. The owner has all his paperwork pet passport and receipts of payment to the Polish rescue and transport company. We know who has Horacy, and if necessary names will be given.

Horacy was found hiding in a garden in Willington . The family contained him got a lead on him amd kept him safe whilst contacting Dogsosderbyshire, currently safe with a fosterer till owner can collect .

Sightings are so helpful so that a Feeding station & camera monitors can be set up to monitor his movements, so.. Once he has settled in his 'safe area' he can eventually be safe - trapped.. It could take days😱.
