Have put a poster up in the vet's in West Malling as there is a large travellers' site here and they are well known 'acquirers' of other people's dogs, especially JRT's, spaniels and labs!

Jane, Chalk is between Strood/Higham and Gravesend, heading towards Gravesend. He was in his garden - just 5 mins... and disappeared. He can't have gotten out by himself.

Not too sure about this area- is Chalk going towards Rochester direction or the other way?? What circumstances did he go missing?? My JR (in his youth!) was notorious for escaping and going off on adventures- chasing rabbits etc. Have printed poster and will put in our van. No contacts in that area but will spread the word in that direction. Hope he is safe and home soon. Jane f

In terms of the type of thief that probably took Bilbo (going on the area concerned) I'd say anything was possible - but I don't know of any link between the Dickens Estate lot and the lot in the Brasted area.

Is it possible that Bilbo is linked with the 4 dogs stolen from Brasted? They were taken in the early hours of the 13th and unfortunately as yet, there are no clues at all. Good luck with your search for Bilbo
