I picked up 2 Chows today that were sat by the river on Darley avenue(didsbury Manchester). Does anyone know who they belong to? One had a broken lead attached and the other a whole lead. I suspect they were dumped as they look like they have been physically abused and they were extremely underweight, their ribs were protruding.
Pray for some good news soon. All xd.
Spoke to owner, still no news on both dogs. He has received a few prank calls. There is an ad in the paper tomorrow.
Info and Advice sheet sent.
Will contact owner
