Update on the abandoned little fella in Downhills. He has found a new loving home. Attempts to trace any previous owners are ongoing, but given what I have been told about the condition he was in, it is likely he was dumped. He was extremely dehydrated and malnourished...

Looks a little bit like a lhasa apso or a cross with one.
