Just seen this posted by Kelly Lockwood "MUMS VAN AND DOGS HAVE BEEN FOUND!! on behalf of Janet Lockwood and the rest of her family I cannot thank everyone enough for being there for us at this awful time. Her precious dogs have been found because you all shared my status straight away this morning. We are overwhelmed at the support, Facebook community you are wonderful, we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xxxxx" Thank you to everyone who shared it
Just emailed a haulier in Ipswich whose vehicles are often in this area to see if their driver's can keep an eye open for the van.
walking in IP17 area to Leiston posters going up xx
Copy of info from link as per 'Joan' listed below:

Janet Lockwood works at Leiston Veterinary Clinic on the Eastlands Industrial Estate and had pulled up outside its building in her van this morning.

But when she was out of the vehicle a man ran over to the van, jumped into the driver’s seat and drove off.

In the back of the Ford Transit were two of Mrs Lockwood’s pet dogs.

One is a blue tri border collie called Chi and the other a sable collie-cross called Zeus.

A distraught Mrs Lockwood said: “There was nothing I could do. He just drove off so quickly.

“I’m very upset. I think it’s just the van he wanted but I just want my dogs back.

“I don’t think he knew there were dogs in the back but I think he’ll just let them go somewhere.

“I’m very concerned for their safety. Zeus is a rescue dog and he’s going to be scared witless.”

And pleading with the thief for her dog’s safe return, Mrs Lockwood said: “My dogs are everything to me. I just want them back. Just put them somewhere safe, don’t let them go loose.”

The van which was stolen is very distinctive; it is a burgundy Ford Transit with paw prints on the side and two grey stripes on the bonnet.

If you have any information about the incident, which happened around 10.15am, contact Suffolk police on 101.

Here is the info on the van Reg. Ay56 JyB. Burgundy with silver grey stripes down bonnet, pink fairy stickers and Union Jack paw prints over, kelpie taxi sign on back door. Hope this helps, thanks everyone x

It is very distinctive!
Can someone possibly put both pictures onto the poster please.
Just spoken to owners daughter, both dogs are chipped. All Ipswich newspapers are aware as is radio Suffolk (already been mentioned on there). Could someone alert EDP or other Lowestoft area newspapers as Leiston is halfway between Ipswich & Lowestoft. I will put posters at Kenton Hills walks in case they have been abandoned there.
