We are just on the borders here so also try other 'pound' kennels such as Viking Oak and Redsheen. Would agree that visiting them is best. Take a photo with you. How about the RSPCA? Our dog was taken to South Godstone after being found injured in Eltham. They recognised him from the photo that we showed them not from the posters they were sent (he had gone missing from Welling and they never connected the two). Let me know if you can't get to the kennels. I may be able to do Viking Oak as we are also looking for 2 missing border collies from Dunton Green-Floss & Dandy.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Can only suggest keep phoning around the rescues regulary, just in case she was picked up then dumped. Usual Battersea, maybe even visit once a week if you can, should she slip through. Poster anywhere that you can people, she may be anywhere. Quite possible she has been taken in and kept without the finder bothering to check out lost dogs. As Sarah has said, maybe even leaflet houses in the local area. Sue xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Jack Russel found in the London/Kent area Mid August we found a white Jack Russel with ginger over one side of the face and patches on her body. She is still quite young, no older than a year and has a wiery coat. I think she maybe a cross because she doesnt have a Jack Russel temperment. She was found in the London/Kent area. If this sounds like your dog please contact kevnmaz@tiscali.co.uk THIS WAS FOUND ON http://www.herts24.co.uk/flatfiles/missingpets/strays.aspxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Any news on Bibby??? Did anyone get a chance to poster the areas I suggested?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I dont know this area at all as I live in Stevenage Hertfordshire. I would be so greatful if people in the area where she went missing from could put up posters. She is such a friendly dog and she does like her hunting over fields! Thanks from Bibbys owner.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

My husband will be in Green Street Green on Friday - he can take some then. There are so many big gardens in that area so everyone needs to look out for BibbyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

also take one to Chelsfield Riding school, Pullens on the A21 and any other horsey places - you see a lot when on a horse. Good luckLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Debbie, It is was suppose to say Star Lane in Orpington. Other good places to poster locally are the big Tesco nr Sidcup, the big Asda in Swanley, the waitrose down the bottom of Worlds end lane, all around the park (nr chipperfield rd, Orpington) the local shops in Chelsfield and Orpington. How did Bibby go missing? Was she taken or has she wondered off? There are alot of houses around there so have you enquired @ each house incase someone has taken her in. Also have any posters gone up yet, as top of the road is a bit back from the main road but from there its quite busy so it could be worth putting some posters up near the big round about (nr the ford garage) and theres the lane just off would be the 2nd exit I think and then the first right as that has alot of horse riders and fields where Bibby could be running around. I'm not able to get down there at the mo but maybe able to on the weekend. Also has the local milkman/postman/sorting office and the bus garage which isn't too far from there been notified? TN14 is north of sevenoaks (Dunton green, Halstead, Knockholt etc) covers quite a large area. Close to M25.........so maybe not so far!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Gosh, it does fit the description, but a long way away. The owners phone number is not Orpington and TN14 is most certainly not. It's BR6 I think. Was Bibby lost away from home? Swan Lane is Edenbridge Dee! Fingers crossed for BibbyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
