I agree Jo - SDK won't have him in their kennels as these suspected type dogs are taken away by the police for the DLO to decide if he is type or not. Doesn't help that he isn't microchipped or tagged as no one to fight his corner.

I think we need a mass PETION to send to GOVERMENT this has got to stop ,,,, it's the scumbags human that are breeding them for there own use then they are discarded xx hopefully thay is not the case with this fella I hope his owner comes forward xxxx

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
