I've just seen similar report on One Big Bark FB page. Article attached to that from RSPCA Hull. Although it says the one found is chipped but haven't had any luck ? Not sure what that means but must be worth a call from Roxy's owners to see if this could be their missing girl. She was found locked in a coal shed with no food and water and had a couple of tumours which are being treated at a vet.
