Found in In River Thames by Cutty Sark pub in Greenwich on Wednesday, 27th February 2019

Posting for a friend who spotted this dog. Deceased but she feels not in water for very long. She took a photo of the dog which I can supply but picture quality is poor. RSPCA and police both called and both refused to attend
