UNKNOWN DECEASED

Found in In Gosport, Hampshire whilst walking over the Millennium Bridge that connects Portsmouth harbour to a little creek area behind St.Vincent on Sunday, 4th July 2021

The area is not accessible to the public and fenced off, but my dad managed to climb over to look for a collar. Unfortunately, it was too decomposed for us to move with our bare hands as we were not equipped and unfortunately, we found no collar. I informed the local Gosport council (Steetscene) who were going to liaise with the Explosion Museum (for gate access to the foreshore) to have it removed and scanned for a chip. The reference for the case with Streetscene is 21/14844/SOCSDA.
