Found in This is a dead dog in the River Thames in Kingston, outside 100 Lower Ham Road. on Sunday, 15th April 2012

The local council, environment agency etc have all said it is not their responsibility to retrieve him and they are not interested in helping.... The dog warden went to look, but could do nothing as he is in the river a few metres from the bank. I am posting this as the poor little chap deserves better than this, and if his owners are reading this, I'm sure they would like closure and a chance to say gooodbye.
