Missing from From dagenham area but was reclaimed by someone claiming to be the owner. , RM9 area, South East on Tuesday, 12th June 2012

My dog manage, to get out of my house, was missing, while we was looking in local parks, a elderly lady found him, was wait with my dog wait from someone to come looking for him, when a black car, (no mark or model) pull up and asked if she was looking for the owner, and then said that my dog was hers, and drove off with him.
