Missing from 28 Pumpherston Road, Uphall Station, LIVINGSTON, EH54 5PT, EH54 area, Scotland on Wednesday, 3rd October 2012

Small (11 inches high - slightly bigger than a Chihuahua)black & tan 6 months old - we heard he had been hit by a car and the driver got out but Romeo ran off. Driver reported it to the police was hit at the traffic lights on the A89 at South Middleton driver travelling east.
